Why is it worth it?
For Agile Coaches: You want to introduce agile methods in your clients organisation? You think Kanban could be a good fit, even for parts of the organisation that are outside IT?
GetKanban will help you introduce Kanban in your clients organisation. It enables you to teach Kanban to employees and managers alike. The IT background is simplified enough to use the kits also with non IT business units. You get a chance to „glue“ some Kanban theory to the gaming sessions and spark interest.
For Kanban Trainers: You want to provide first class training experience to your trainees and make sure that they „get it“? You are building a 1-3 day course about Kanban and need some proven tool to let your trainees experiment with the new knowledge?
GetKanban is used by lots of coaches in the KMP-1 course. The feedback from Kanban trainers world wide is used to improve the kits. That’s why the current version of the game is V5. You can profit from this long history of improvement by integrating getKanban in your training. Your trainees will have a chance to engage in a 2,5-3,5h block with the material in a somewhat hands on way. The investment in getKanban will be covered with your first training class. But the positive feedback it reliably generates, will stay with you, training after training.
What do I actually get?
The kits come in a getKanban carry bag. Those bags are especially helpful if you travel to the training location. If you order 1-2 kits you will get the small transport bag (holds up to 2 kits). If you order 3-4 kits you get the big transport bag (for up to 4 kits). Less bags = less hassle during Check-In.
If you order more we chose the smallest amount of bags to fit them in. If you have other preferences, let us know and we try to make it happen.

- You pay in advance over one of the named payment channels.
(i.e. IBAN/SWIFT transfer) - The getKanban Kits are sent to the destination you specified.
