I got a getKanban kit. How should I prepare for my first session?
Download and read the facilitators guide. Gather some friendly people and play getKanban with them. This „dry run“ will give you a feeling for the facilitator role.

How much time does it take to run a getKanban session?
In general you need a quite room, 3-6 people as players (per kit) and roughly 3h time to play the game. Giving the instructions to the players will take roughly 30 mins (the facilitators guide slides help with that).
My dog ate a card / I lost a part of the getKanban kit. What now?
